Selecting the correct ring size helps ensure comfort, balance and security. You can find your size by measuring the internal diameter of a ring that already fits, or the circumference of your finger in millimetres. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays and customs procedures. For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes and import requirements are the customer’s responsibility. 

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery where a manufacturing defect is proven, or the delivered item does not match the approved specifications. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be:

•⁠  ⁠Returned with the original invoice
•⁠  ⁠Returned with all packaging and certificates, where applicable

Custom-made, made-to-order, and engraved pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded once the final design and specifications are approved.
