Order Delivery
At UNIQ Gold, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 11:59 PM
Shipping Within the UAE
• Location: All Emirates
• Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days
• Shipping Fee: AED 30 or AED 50 for Western Region
International Shipping
• Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days
• Shipping Fee: AED 200
Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple shipments if the items are dispatched from different locations. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment via email.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping fees are applied per order.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• UNIQ Gold is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Each piece is carefully crafted and prepared after your order has been confirmed. As a result, production and order processing may take approximately 20–25 business days before your order is handed over to the courier for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, the applicable shipping timeframe (3–5 business days within the UAE or 7–10 business days for international orders) will begin.
